Integration

It has been said that a ceremony can be equivalent to 10+ years of psychotherapy. This inevitably changes your perspective on life, self, identity, and purpose. However, this rapid and profound shedding can leave us sensitive, vulnerable, and can be a lot to process all at once. With guidance these lessons can be applied to our daily lives in a powerful way.

Integration, in large part, is the process of absorbing and digesting this raw material; quite literally, and incorporating it into your new heightened level of consciousness. This inevitably changes your perspective on life, self, identity, and purpose. We can grow into showing up as our true whole and soulful selves. We begin to cultivate a way of being that is in touch with what really matters.

Post journey integration is offered in our monthly integration circles.

These powerful circles enable you to

  • listen to fellow journeyers and their story and way of integration

Post integration sessions

We also offer one-on-one post integration sessions. For those who need a more intimate setting to assist with the integration process, and we invite you to book a session. We will support you in navigating life after a journey and staying on track with the lessons learned. Additionally a private breath session is one of the most effective and easiest ways to assist with integration.

Massage Therapy

A manual manipulation of soft tissue, Promoting healthy blood circulation, increased oxygen, relaxation of muscle tissue for optimal performance, detoxification  and overall sense of well being. Boosting immune systems responses and balancing hormonal levels by decreasing stress.

Cranial Sacral Therapy

Discovered by Dr. John Upledger, this form of therapy must be performed by a licensed healthcare professional . This is a clinically proven form of therapy that releases restrictions in the fascial layers of the body. By releasing these restrictions we are able to bring awareness to trauma stored in  muscle, organ and nervous systems. These restrictions have been proven to cause disruptions in brain and nerve function by creating pressure in the Matter layers of the brain, inhibiting the flow of Cerebrospinal Fluid. Qi Gong

Has been found effective, evidence based complementary therapy that helps decrease negative mental health symptoms such as anxiety, depression and PTSD. Combining movement of body, breath and mindfulness creating synergy within the whole body. Qi Gong is to promote vital energy in the body through slow intention movement and stretches that balance the vital organ systems.

Yoga

Yoga translates into UNION with God or UNION with Self.  The movement aka ASANA is targeted towards releasing negative energy from the body. Thus connecting to breath for saturation of oxygen in all major tissues of the body.

Meditation

To sit with self. In a quiet space. Meditation gives us a moment to sit down and focus. Practicing mindfulness so that we become aware of our surroundings inside and out in the now moment . Meditation shows us how to be present, aware and relaxed . Enabling better decisions and problem solving. Calming mental chatter by creating space to just be with ourselves.

Breathwork

We all need oxygen. Did  you know that on a physiological level all anxiety is caused by a lack of oxygen to the brain and vital organs. Slowing down to become conscious of your breath has been proven over and over again to benefit the whole body. It is very simple really. Our body has to have oxygen. With different forms of breath work we are saturating the body with oxygen. Promoting detoxification, better circulation and balancing the nervous system.

Reiki

A Japanese modality of energy work. This therapy is world renowned. Translating REI=Light Ki=Life force energy. Used in hospitals and clinics around the world this form of therapy has proven results in areas of addiction, mental health, emotional health and physical trauma. Everyone can benefit from  Reiki as the energy channeled is to promote the natural healing process of the body.

Sound Healing

Using vibration and tones to promote balance in energy fields of the body. Deeps relaxation and meditation. Soothes the nervous system.

Detoxification, Cleansing & Nutritional Support

Detoxification, Cleansing and Nutritional Support: What goes into our bodies creates or current of energy. It is vital to cleanse and detoxify our bodies. As a certified Health Mastery Coach.  I am able to custom design detoxification protocols for substance abuse , thse who are working with their doctors to wean off prescription medications and those who want over all health benefits.
